A FILM BY TASHA VAN ZANDT

Featuring rare archival footage of the continent, After Antarctica is a documentary about polar adventurer and National Geographic Explorer-In-Residence emeritus, Will Steger, and his treacherous first and last longest complete dogsled traverse of Antarctica.

The multinational expedition took seven months through the world’s most hostile landscape and spanned the continent coast to coast via a perilous 3,741 mile route. Now, Steger reflects on the life changing non-replicable expedition and the urgent importance of international cooperation to continue to protect  Antarctica - and the future of our planet.
